Attention: All vehicle owners/drivers transporting gravel, moram, or sand in Uttar Pradesh
To ensure your vehicle remains eligible for transporting gravel, moram, or sand under the Mining Department, the following steps are now required:
- 1. Your vehicle must be registered on the official portal: https://registration.vtsdgm.up.in/register
- 2. The vehicle must be equipped with an AIS 140-compliant Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) that supports 4G, and it must be integrated with the department’s VTS portal.
- 3. You must affix the MINETag to your vehicle’s windshield, and it must be properly mapped to your vehicle number on the departmental portal.
