1. Registration of vehicles used exclusively for mining purposes

Only vehicles used for mining purposes will be eligible for registration on this portal. Registration of non-mining vehicles is completely unacceptable.

2. Provision of certified information is mandatory

All information provided by the User at the time of registration, such as vehicle number, engine number, chassis number, etc., must be true, complete and authenticated. It is the User's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information.

3. Action on false or misleading information

If a user provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, their registration may be cancelled. Furthermore, legal action may be taken against the user as per the law.

4. Vehicle Verification Process

All registered vehicles must undergo a verification process established by the Directorate of Mines or the relevant authority. Only after verification is complete will the registration process be considered complete.

5. Data Use and Privacy

All information entered on the portal may be used for government monitoring, compliance with mining regulations, and law enforcement purposes. This data will be kept confidential but may be shared with competent authorities/agencies if necessary.

6. Security of User ID and Password

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding the user ID and password they receive upon registration on the portal. The Directorate of Mines will not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Prohibition on misuse of the portal

Misuse of any part of the portal, including system damage, hacking, unauthorized access, or malicious use, is strictly prohibited. Any such action will be considered a criminal offense and will be subject to strict legal action.

8. Right to amend the rules

Directorate of Mines, Uttar Pradesh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users must ensure that they are fully aware of and comply with the latest Terms and Conditions.
